A dmiQ™ solution is based on a thorough understanding of the three fundamental elements of your DMI

To understand your Environment, we study your current business processes and procedures, including who is involved, how the processes are completed, and identifying any issues that impact performance. We talk to personnel who own the processes, and learn about any limitations to productivity. We look at workflow and how documents move throughout your company, identify where the bottlenecks are, and scrutinize anything that slows down core processes from a document or communication perspective.

We also evaluate your current Assets. We look for fit to determine if the right assets are in place for the right jobs. We look at your support programs, such as break-fix service, and the resources required from your IT department. We look for antiquated and/or redundant technologies, and most importantly, consider your future objectives and how they align with the technologies in place.

To quantify your Costs, we investigate and discover all spending methods, identify any breakdowns such as rogue buying, unmanaged, uncontrolled spending, and redundant vendor relationships and costs. In addition, we look at your future initiatives, additional cost requirements and where funding could come from. In many cases, through our assessment and solution delivery, we are able to uncover and reallocate sufficient existing spend created by inefficiencies in the current DMI to fund new initiatives without additional capital.

Essentially, we evaluate your DMI for waste and redundancy in order to identify your current investment and its alignment with your business.

By evaluating these three key aspects, we’re able to optimize your total DMI. Getting this full picture is critical to ensuring it addresses all your specific needs, priorities and objectives.

Upon implementation of your dmiQ™ solution, we then proactively work with your team for the duration of the engagement to ensure your DMI remains aligned with your business priorities, and continues to meet your stated objectives and needs.
